Nollywood actor Charles Okocha has intensified the war of words ahead of his highly anticipated celebrity boxing rematch against Nigerian singer Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, insisting he is better prepared and promising to settle the score with a knockout.

The rematch, tagged “Chaos in the Ring,” is scheduled for Friday, July 31, with Okocha claiming his training camp in London gives him a significant edge over Portable, who has been preparing in Sango-Ota, Ogun State.

“This Friday, 31st, it’s official. Chaos in the Ring. I’m training in London city, he is training in Sango. I’m the Algorithm. Let’s go. You can put your money where your mouth is. I am going to knock Portable down,” Okocha declared in a video shared on social media.

The actor has been sharpening his skills alongside leading heavyweight boxers Moses Itauma and Daniel Dubois, focusing on improving his technique, endurance and defensive abilities as he seeks revenge for his previous defeat.

Portable, meanwhile, has remained in Nigeria, training under unbeaten professional boxer Taiwo Agbaje (Eshepo).

The controversial singer has showcased his intense workouts on social media, maintaining his trademark aggressive style ahead of the bout.

The rivalry between the entertainers stems from an alleged ₦40 million contractual dispute, which eventually spilled into the boxing ring.

Their first meeting ended in a unanimous decision victory for Portable, although Okocha disputed the outcome and immediately pushed for a rematch.

Since then, both camps have exchanged verbal jabs while stepping up preparations, with Okocha banking on structured professional training in London and Portable relying on his power and relentless pressure.

The “Chaos in the Ring” rematch has generated widespread attention across social media, with fans divided over who will emerge victorious.

Okocha believes his elite training camp will finally help him avenge his earlier loss, while Portable is determined to prove his first victory was no fluke.

With fight night fast approaching, anticipation continues to build for one of Nigeria’s biggest celebrity boxing events of the year.
