HYDERABAD, July 28 : A 44-year-old woman from Telangana was killed in a road accident in the United States after another vehicle rammed into her car at a traffic signal in New Jersey on Monday.
The deceased was identified as Sripati Deepa Reddy, a native of Akutothapalli village in Amangal Mandal of Ranga Reddy district.
According to her relatives, she was the daughter of Pattabhi Shekhar Reddy and Sashirekha of Madugula mandal.
Deepa Reddy had married Ramakrishna Reddy, a native of Akutothapalli village, about 20 years ago. Both were software engineers and had been living in New Jersey with their two daughters.
She died on the spot after another vehicle collided with the car she was travelling in at a traffic signal. Further details regarding the accident and the arrangements to bring her mortal remains to India are awaited. (UNI)
