    • Initiative backed by EDB and EnterpriseSG aims to help founders scale across global markets
    • First Asia-Pacific Global Hub reinforces Singapore’s appeal as a launchpad for global entrepreneurs

    Endeavor, a leading global network of, by and for high-impact entrepreneurs, has announced the launch of its Global Hub in Singapore, which it says is its first in Asia-Pacific.

    Supported by the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) and Enterprise Singapore (EnterpriseSG), the Global Hub will serve as a launchpad for founders building across borders, connecting entrepreneurs, investors and talent with Singapore’s innovation ecosystem, while also supporting Singapore-based founders in accessing Endeavor’s global network to scale internationally.

    Linda Rottenberg, co-founder and chief executive officer of Endeavor, said the Global Hub is designed to give founders a stronger platform to build global businesses from Singapore.

    “At Endeavor, we know incredible talent is not just in Silicon Valley or China, but elsewhere. For entrepreneurs from Southeast Asia, expanding across borders too often means starting from scratch. Our Global Hub in Singapore gives founders from around the world a head start: a home base, a trusted network, and the right introductions to the people who can help them grow.

    “We’re thrilled to partner with EDB and EnterpriseSG to welcome global founders to Singapore and support Singapore’s founders as they expand into the world.”

    The launch builds on Endeavor’s track record of supporting globally successful companies, including Singapore-based Advance Intelligence Group, Carousell, Carro, ShopBack and StashAway.

    Through the Global Hub, founders will gain access to:

    • Mentorship, strategic introductions and growth opportunities through Endeavor’s global network of more than 3,000 entrepreneurs, including the founders of Mercado Libre, ElevenLabs, InstaDeep and Bukalapak;
    • New markets, partnerships and investment opportunities through curated connections with global partners such as AWS, Carta and Aspire; and
    • Tailored support through Endeavor’s programmes and platforms focused on fundraising, investor access and industry-specific engagements, including its flagship MatchCap investor-founder roadshow.

    The Global Hub will roll out three flagship programmes to support founders at different stages of growth:

    • Unicorn Builder Programme, launching later this year, to support high-growth companies with the ambition and potential to become globally impactful businesses;
    • Dare to Scale Programme, designed for high-potential, Singapore-based early-stage companies seeking to accelerate growth. Its inaugural cohort comprises eight companies across AI, fintech, agrifood and enterprise software; and
    • Endeavor Next, an invitation-only community for serial entrepreneurs building their next global venture from Singapore.

    Together, these programmes provide founders with a continuum of support, from preparing for international expansion to building globally significant companies.

    As founders increasingly build companies with global ambitions from day one, they need a base that offers seamless access to capital, talent and market opportunities.

    Endeavor’s decision to establish its first Asia-Pacific Global Hub in Singapore reflects the country’s position as a globally connected innovation hub and trusted gateway for entrepreneurs expanding across borders.

    Singapore ranks fourth globally in the Global Startup Ecosystem Index 2026 and is home to more than 4,500 technology startups, over 500 venture capital firms and 220 incubators and accelerators. It also accounted for more than 72% of Southeast Asia’s venture funding value in 2025 and hosts over 70 AI Centres of Excellence across multiple industries, reinforcing its position as a leading destination for global technology companies.

    Jermaine Loy, managing director of EDB, said, “Innovation-led companies will define the next chapter of global business growth. This partnership with Endeavor builds on Singapore’s efforts to attract ambitious founders while reinforcing our position as a leading global innovation hub. We look forward to working with Endeavor’s global network and expertise to support the next generation of high-growth companies from Singapore.”

    Meanwhile, Cindy Khoo, managing director of EnterpriseSG, said, “As founders scale their businesses globally, access to the right networks, expertise and mentorship becomes increasingly important. Partnerships such as this enable us to connect high-potential Singapore founders with a global network of experienced entrepreneurs, mentors and investors to help them navigate growth challenges and unlock new opportunities.

    “Through this partnership, we also encourage established founders across the region to mentor the next generation, fostering a culture of founders giving back.”
