Chad say dem dey comot from ICC becos of how di court dey handle some prosecutions especially for African kontris.
“Dis decision na di result of thorough review of di functioning of di International Criminal Court since e come into operation for 2002, as well as dia overall record, wey dia effectiveness remain limited and uneven in relation to di expectations wey accompany dia creation,” e state.
Specifically, di Foreign Ministry tok tok pesin mention say dem perceive selective approach towards prosecution, as wetin e call bias against African kontris.
